Hey ya'll! Let's get into some Alfredo Gnocchi. This recipe is one of my GO-TOS! I made this for a family dinner while on vacation and very few ingredients were available to me. I just love it because it's so stinking simple and requires very little effort. You don’t need a lot of fancy things to make this recipe shine—butter, cream and Parmesan is all it takes.
Chloe has had this recipe many, many times. I make this a lot when I want some easy comfort food (which is often). It’s also one of my favorite meals when I’m trying to impress and I’m always trying to impress Chloe. She really likes this one, especially with the gnocchi, so she’s giving it a 9/10! Also, big shout out to my cat, Chloe, for always rating my food. She's a real homie for that.

Wine Pairing Suggestions
I strongly recommend that you pair this pasta with some Chardonnay! There is no better pairing in the world than Alfredo and Chardonnay. Especially traditional Oak-y and Butter-y Chards. It compliments the flavor perfectly and it just transcends the dish into a truly religious experience. Red is not much of an option, maybe a light Pinot noir but if you love yourself you’ll drink some Chardonnay with this bad boy.
Alfredo Gnocchi
Yield: 8 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
1lb package of fresh gnocchi (or another noodle of your choice)
½ cup butter
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups of shredded parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp fresh cracked pepper
Salt, to taste
Directions
Prepare a large pot of salted water and bring it to a rolling boil.
In a large saucepan, begin melting the butter over medium heat.
Once the butter is melted, add in ⅓ of the cream to the saucepan. Allow the ingredients to heat up and combine before adding in ⅓ of the parmesan cheese.
Once the parmesan cheese has melted and is no longer lumpy, repeat step 3 until you have used all the cream and parmesan cheese.
Add in salt and pepper to taste.
Reduce the heat to low and keep the sauce warm while you prepare the gnocchi.
Cook the gnocchi in salted, boiling water according to the package directions. Once the gnocchi’s float to the top of the pot, drain them and add them to the saucepan with the prepared alfredo sauce.
Enjoy!
